Brit Wrightson

Founder & Executive Director

Known to most as Ms. Wrightson, Brit was a teacher in San Francisco for seven years and then at KIPP in the South Bronx for six. She earned her Masters in Secondary Education and another in Special Education. After her years of teaching she decided to leave the school to take The Hustle from an after school club to its’ own nonprofit, with the vision of teaching students the life skills that were lacking in a traditional curriculum, and connecting eager students with founders and entrepreneurs.

  • Noah Greenberg

    A serial entrepreneur, and currently co-founder and CEO at Stacker, a media company building the world's largest, most accessible newswire, helping empower sustainable models for journalism. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, and currently lives in New York City where he advises startups and works with students - via The Hustle - to help build their own businesses.

  • Nina Olmstead

    Nina Baron spent her career in technology and corporate venture capital, working within the Silicon Valley start-up eco-system from a variety of different vantage points (most recently as Senior Manager of New Business Development at Panasonic Ventures), until March of 2020 when the pandemic and its disproportionate impact on vulnerable populations inspired a career change. Since then, Nina has worked for LifeMoves, the Bay Area’s largest provider of services for unhoused populations, designing and implementing new programs and services. Nina brings to The Hustle a passion for advancing equity for underserved youth groups evidenced by years of volunteer work for various organizations such as CASA, Best Buddies, Berkeley Youth Alternatives and more which provide advocacy, support, and resources to vulnerable children.

  • Dexter Norales

    A founding member of The Hustle in 2019 when he was a Senior at KIPP College Prep in the South Bronx. A Posse Scholarship finalist who also earned himself an academic scholarship to Syracuse University School of Information Studies (iSchool). He worked for Stacker Media as an Editorial Research Intern the summer after graduating and as a sophomore in college continues his work with their research team. While a High School student Dexter started a reselling business, and after a few years has resold over $25K in merchandise. Dexter enjoys trying new things like Omakase and learning new ways to reinvest his money. When Dexter is not at Syracuse studying you can find him roaming the streets of Soho or waiting in line at Supreme for the next drop.
